Black Ruffle Dress, Polka Dot Tights & a Denim Jacket

I had been wanting to take blog pictures of this dress for the past year but never got around to it until now. But I’m so glad I waited, because it looks adorable with these polka dot tights! This dress is perfect for spring since it’s mini length but has long sleeves.
