Hey everyone!
First off, I want to say I’m sorry for lack of blogging over the past couple of weeks. Our internet has been out…again so I couldn’t get on my laptop and I’ve been having some health issues. Hopefully I can get back to blogging more again!
Psalm 139: 14 says,
“I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works, my soul knows it very well.”
I chose this verse this week because it stood out to me. Sometimes we get sick and our bodies aren’t in the best health, but we must remember that we were fearfully and wonderfully made by God. He made us knowing the health issues we would go through. He gave us these health struggles because he knows we can handle them.
A family member of mine who helped me so much when I first went gluten free told me this:
“Your struggles will bless others in the future.”
I became interested in dietetics after I went gluten free and saw how it saved my life and helped others so much too. I must remember that these health issues I’m going through will bless others in the future. They’ll only enhance my passion for dietetics and remind me every day why I’m majoring in it.
And you can’t go anywhere without a little faith,
Ciara
