Today, I’m sharing with you all an outfit that I love! So I had been seeing on Pinterest and different fashion posts about overalls. At first, I was a little apprehensive but then I thought about pairing them with sweaters and thought they might be cute.
I found a pair on sale during Macy’s one day sale (we never go intentionally, somehow we end up there on that one day haha). They are American Rag brand and were originally priced $80 but I got them on sale for $20!
They are a boyfriend fit and have rips in them. I’m very picky about rips in jeans and wasn’t sure about the placement of these but thought I could always sew lace or some cute fabric underneath…I’m still debating about that since I wore them.
This outfit was super comfortable! The boyfriend style of these overalls makes them very comfy and cozy. I decided to pair them with this gray sweater that has flecks of pink, blue and green in it that came from Kohl’s. I also threw on a cream scarf from Rue 21 and Born ankle boots (I love those boots too)!
I could only find the overalls in plus size online, but they still may have some available in store on clearance. Also, the sweater and scarf are from a couple of years ago so I linked in ones that are similar.
